| Role :: Technical Product Owner Location :: Arlington TX (Onsite) Type :: Contract Job Description: Agile Project Management: , Planning tracking Key Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features. Maintain a well-defined product backlog, ensuring it reflects the latest changes in business priorities and market needs. Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure the development team has a clear understanding of the product backlog and sprint goals. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the development team and stakeholders. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Track progress against project milestones and deliverables, adjusting plans as needed to ensure timely delivery. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project success. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and product development. Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and team members to inform product decisions. Ensure alignment between product development and business objectives. Define acceptance criteria for user stories and ensure delivered features meet these criteria. Monitor product performance and user feedback post-launch, making data-driven decisions for future improvements. Drive continuous improvement in product development processes and practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an Agile environment. Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies. Proven experience in project planning and tracking, with a track record of successful product launches. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
