Role Overview: As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing current models for real-time call analysis. You will collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy models and ensure the efficient deployment of models. You will also play a crucial role in securing the environment, monitoring the flow of architecture, and ensuring the efficient deployment of models. Responsibilities: * The Data Scientist will enhance and optimize current models for sentiment analysis, call summarization, intent identification, and competition detection * Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy and maintain models * Implement and maintain a secure environment for the Data Science team * As a Data Scientist, you will support the entire organization with cloud-related tasks * Perform ad hoc work as required to support the team and organization About This Team: This team is dedicated to leveraging AI to develop real-time speech solutions. They focus on call center data, recording calls and converting them to transcripts for post-call analysis. The team is at the forefront of implementing real-time analysis for call centers, aiming to analyze calls from all 20,000 agents in real-time.
