Please have a look on below mentioned detailed job description and let me know if youve any matching candidature Okta/Microsoft Entra ID Operations Support Engineer Fully remote role Client Location: Baltimore, MD Must work as per EST Time Zone from 8 AM EST Rate: $52/hr. on C2C (max) Note: This is a 24*7 role may involve being part of an on-call rotation to address critical issues outside regular working hours. Key Responsibilities: Extensive understanding on IAM business processes, use cases and hands on implementation experience using Microsoft Entra ID Manage and support Okta and Microsoft Entra ID environments. Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions. Configure and manage user provisioning and deprovisioning processes. Ensure the integration of Okta and Microsoft Entra ID with various enterprise applications. Monitor and maintain the health and performance of IAM systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user access and authentication. timely support for IAM-related incidents and service requests. Collaborate with IT teams to enhance and streamline IAM processes. Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry regulations. Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM systems to identify and mitigate security risks. Implement and enforce role-based access controls (RBAC) and least privilege principles. Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes and procedures. Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on IAM best practices and tools. Create and update technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and standard operating procedures. Proficiency in managing and configuring Okta and Microsoft Entra ID. Experience with SSO, MFA, and federated identity management. Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python). Understanding of network protocols, security standards, and authentication mechanisms. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in IAM operations and support, particularly with Okta and Microsoft Entra ID. Professional certifications in IAM (e.g., Okta Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate) are a plus.
