The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP, Azure, and Oracle technologies and will be capable of driving end-to-end migration projects, ensuring high availability, and optimizing performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead the migration of SAP workloads to Microsoft Azure, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations. Design and implement high availability setups, including pacemaker clusters and Oracle Data Guard. Develop and own detailed technical designs on Azure, focusing on SAP layout and environment management. Perform SAP installation, disaster recovery (DR) setup and testing, performance testing, high availability (HA) testing, and cutover management. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the migration lifecycle. Manage and optimize Oracle databases within the Azure environment, ensuring data integrity and performance. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven experience in migrating SAP workloads to cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure. Strong background in Oracle technologies, including Oracle Data Guard and Oracle VM. Expertise in SAP Information Lifecycle Management. Experience with high availability setup, including pacemaker clusters. Ability to drive SAP migrations end-to-end, from planning to execution and post-migration support. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Microsoft Azure and/or SAP. Experience with Agile methodology and project management.
