| From: Jay, Brillius [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Sterling Integrator Analyst Role is a Technical analyst that will deliver business solutions on the Sterling B2B platform for Optum. This individual will provide technical expertise for development and system administration of the platform including: Collaborates with Business and IT stakeholders for requirements gathering, design review, and solution development Performs business process and custom map development Develops, implements and supports product roadmap within the business unit including upgrades and/or migrations Deployment of new code across Non-Prod and Production environments Performs trading partner maintenance, including setting up MFT connections with internal and external clients Performs file routing setups for both new and existing routes The individual will also work problem tickets and perform ongoing system maintenance as directed by manager. Must be able to work with global teams and within a matrixed organization. Excellent troubleshooting skills with transaction failures or transfer issues are required. Must take ownership and accountability with work product and drive to meet Service Level Agreement turnaround times with a focus on standardization, supportability and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with Sterling Integrator in an application administration role with duties including: o Production Monitoring and using various monitoring tools o Performance optimization o Root cause analysis o Advanced troubleshooting 3+ years of experience with file transfer protocols such as SFTP, AS2 and Connect:Direct 2+ years of Linux experience including Shell and Perl scripting 2+ years of SQL experience 1+ years of EDI experience Experience supporting applications running on Linux Preferred Qualifications: Experience on various IBM MFT Products/Tools: o IBM Sterling Secure Proxy o IBM Sterling External Authentication Server o IBM Control Center o RESTful APIs Knowledge on IBM MQ, IBM Transformation Extender Knowledge on Cloud technologies like Azure, DevOps methodologies, Containers Healthcare or Insurance Industry experience Experience using PragmaEdge Community Manager (PCM) Keywords: message queue information technology mid level sterling integrator: remote: 52 per hr [email protected] |
