Establish and monitor key success metrics including cost, feature functionality,risk posture, and reliability, utilizing data-driven insights to drive continuousimprovement and optimize product performance. 4. Ensure accurate team capacity reporting to accommodate demand projections andoptimize resource utilization, contributing to the timely delivery of projects andinitiatives. 5. Conduct and attend technical discussion sessions with ApplicationVendor/Development teams/Application owners to identify and suggest suitablesecurity solutions with SSO services, MFA and provisioning services. 6. Provide timely progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements andidentifying delivery risks along with mitigation strategies, fostering transparency andaccountability within the team. 7. Managing operations of Identity and Access Management solutions in clientenvironment using PowerShell , Okta (Workforce , Customer), MS Entra, Delineawith specialties below. Desirable Skills: Identity Governance and Administration (Lifecycle Management andProvisioning) Single Sign on and Advanced Authentication (Federation and Risk BasedAuthentication) Consumer Identity and Access Management Privilege Access Management Identity as a Service and Cloud related Identity Solution Enterprise Directory Architecture and Virtual Directories 8. Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request and certification. 9. Develop, implement, and manage new and existing integrations with Entra SingleSign-On, SCIM, Conditional Access rules and policies. 10. Develop Password, Sign on and MFA (Multifactor) policies, rules and proceduresfor Users and Applications based on business requirement. 11. Understand and provide solution of Active Directory and legacy authenticationprotections (LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, etc.) 12. Provide expert level technical support for operational teams. i.e. Service Now,Wintel Team, HRIT team, Office 365 team, digital workspace team and other targetApplication teams, Knowledge Acquisition teams etc. 13. Manage documentation for problems and works with Application vendors onresolutions. 14. Work with standard network security protocol. (eg.
