Knowledge on Brazil localization is a must. Experience in Insurance domain , Customer billing and Payment process You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop scalable solutions. Drive workshops and business discussions as they move towards finalizing the solution of Customer billing and Payment process. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects To possess good and clear communication (read, write and speak).
