Sometimes for Scrum Master, they want an in person second interview) Location: Pittsburgh, PA Our major banking client in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a qualified Scrum Master to fulfill a 6+ month contract. Note:LinkedIn URL (required), DL, Visa Authorization This position is hybrid with 2 days remote. Experience 3-5 years Responsibilities: Manage project(s) utilizing standard project management tools and techniques Serve as Scrum Master for multiple projects Establish and utilize a comprehensive project plan to monitor and report project deliverables Coordinate in resolving issues, addressing risks; escalate concerns, and facilitate decision-making Develop and implement key metrics to measure/report the progress and value of the project Conduct/Steer different scrum events such as Daily Standup, Grooming and Planning, Demo, Retrospective/Lesson Learned session to help implement departmental vision of Agile Nurture an environment where project issues can be raised without any fear of blame, or being judged Work with management to achieve efficiencies across multiple projects and to implement lesson learned Work with intra/inter-departmental Project Manages and Scrum Masters to facilitate dependencies Provide concise project status report in a different form with appropriate details considering the audience (project team, stakeholders and executives) in a regular or as requested basis Create and maintain as is or to be workflow and other system documentation for ongoing project Proactively identify trends in project implementation and recommend process improvement Other responsibilities as assigned by department management Required Qualification: IT Project Management experience (3+ years) Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodology (3+ years) Hands-on Scrum Master experience (2+ years) Experience working with tools VSTS, ALM, Jira or Version One Strong ability to partner with cross-functional teams to deliver project goals Diplomatic, flexible, and easy to work with personality Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to perform planning for multiple initiatives/projects, managing all tasks required to provide services to meet business needs within the timeline and the budget Ability to effectively manage project scope, and communicate with partners in IT, business, and vendors Good computer skills, including experience in tools like MS Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and others Hands-on experience with any agile collaboration tool(s) Preferred Qualification: PPM Certification PSM/CSM Certification Prior Banking domain experience Regards, Payal Shrivastava IT Recruiter TEK Inspirations LLC : 13573 Tabasco Cat Trail, Frisco, TX 75035 Email: [email protected] Keywords: information technology microsoft Pennsylvania Texas F2F|| Scrum Master||: Pittsburgh, PA [email protected] |
