The right candidate will have have strong business acumen from problem discovery, solution ideation and employing a test and learn mindset. You will drive the end-to-end roadmap whose mission is to deliver an effortless customer experience both through internal member care applications, self-service customer applications and communications experiences. You will work in a lean software development environment, within a fast-paced agile process, helping to define problems and deliver on business & user outcomes. This will be a hybrid role based in Marlborough, MA. 3 Days onsite per week and 2 Remote. In this role you will: Employ your technical knowledge of post purchase journeys to translate technical capabilities and enhancements to business stakeholders with an outcome-based approach Work cross-functionally with engineers, UX design, finance, and merchandising Lead strategic thinking to discover and understand problems, ideate through solutions, validate them, launch lean experiments, and plan a strategic product roadmap. Provide a data-driven approach to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to continually iterate on product. Requirements: Candidates will have experience in product management, designing, developing, and managing the rollout of products in payments or ecommerce/retail. BA or BS degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field 3+ years professional experience in product management, retail, consulting or related field Experience in gathering and transforming business needs into product requirements, driving sprint planning & developing actionable product roadmap Ability to partner with business stakeholders to understand their objectives & drive discovery to achieve these objectives Drive test & learn strategies Ability to own projects, think big and influence across all levels of an organization Ecommerce experience with focus on Omni Channel capabilities Excels in data-driven decision making & quantitative analysis Excels in oral and written communication skills, to drive story telling of product roadmap Keywords: business analyst user experience green card Massachusetts Urgent Hiring :Associate Product Manager, Marlborough, Massachusetts [email protected] |
