You will play a pivotal role in leading technical solutions and providing expert support for our Datacap and FileNet environments. Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of Dot Net and IBM Datacap Thick Client/Thin Client (Web) Applications, Datacap Navigator, and IBM FileNet P8 solutions. Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Datacap applications. Provide timely and effective technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of Datacap and FileNet issues. Configure and manage Datacap distributed environments. Install and upgrade Datacap applications. Utilize expertise in Datacap recognition engines (OCR, ICR, OMR) to optimize data capture processes. Leverage proficiency in Visual Studio and other relevant IDEs for development tasks. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Essential Skills: 10+ years of experience in designing and developing Dot Net and IBM Datacap applications. Extensive knowledge of Datacap Navigator, IBM FileNet P8, and Datacap recognition engines. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Hands-on experience with Datacap distributed environment configuration. Proficiency in Visual Studio and other relevant development tools. Strong communication and documentation skills. Desirable Skills: Background in content management systems.
