As an RTE, you need strong leadership skills to guide Agile teams effectively. Clear communication is essential for coordinating activities and aligning them with the organizations strategic goals. The RTE should be well versed in Agile practices including SAFe and Scrum. RTEs often face complex situations. Being able to analyze problems, make informed decisions, and find effective solutions is essential for success. RTEs coordinate program increments (PIs) and ensure smooth flow of work. Managing schedules and synchronization events is critical. Must be able to understand the bigger picture and how different components interact.
