Job Title: SAP Program Manager Location : San Jose, CA (Onsite) Duration: 9+ Months Contract Client: TCS Experience: 10+ years of Program Management experience (understanding/working on large end-to-end programs) Drive migration execution by monitoring status, gathering stakeholder responses and needs, and progress to plan Personality and presence to interact effectively with team members through executive-level stakeholders Program/Project management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, scrum, Waterfall Proven ability to manage complex project plans, scope, schedule, cost, quality, stakeholder communication, staffing, risks and issues Ability to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Creative and proactive problem solver self-motivated with ability to work well in teams and cross-departments Own the outcome for the successful data transformation/migration for each cycle, not just the deliverables Advanced skills in SharePoint, JIRA, MS Office Excel and PowerPoint Role Description: As a member of the S4H Program Team, this Program Manager will be responsible for overall data transformation/migration from SAP ECC to S4 HANA including planning, issue/risk/defect management, coordination of team interdependencies such as platform preparation, and data validation.
