| Role :: SAP TPM Functional Consultant Location :: Plano, Texas (Onsite) Type :: Contract Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze detailed requirements for SAP TPM implementations. Solution Design: Design and develop effective SAP TPM solutions that meet business requirements and enhance business processes. Configuration: Configure SAP TPM module including master data, promotion planning, budgeting, funds management, claims, and settlements. Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP TPM with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, FICO, and external systems. Testing and Validation: Develop test cases, perform unit and integration testing, and validate solutions to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed functional specifications, configuration documents, and training materials. User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of SAP TPM functionalities. Support and Maintenance: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize system performance. Project Management: Assist in project planning, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP TPM developments and recommend best practices to improve system functionality and business processes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with at least 3 years focused on SAP TPM. Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP TPM implementations and upgrades. Skills: Strong understanding of trade promotion processes and best practices. Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP TPM solutions. Knowledge of integration points with SAP SD, MM, FICO, and other relevant modules. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Certifications: SAP Certification in TPM or related modules is a plus. Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP HANA and S/4HANA is desirable. Experience with SAP Fiori applications is a plus.
