The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer experience management and will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining Medallia solutions to support our customer feedback initiatives. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Medallias platform, ensuring that it meets the organization's needs and delivers actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Medallia Platform Development: o Design, develop, and maintain Medallia solutions to collect, analyze, and report on customer feedback. o Customize Medallia dashboards, reports, and workflows to meet specific business requirements. o Implement survey distribution strategies and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. System Configuration: o Configure Medallia system settings, user roles, and permissions. o Set up and manage data feeds and API integrations between Medallia and other business systems. o Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collected through Medallia. Collaboration and Support: o Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. o Provide training and support to users on Medallia tools and functionalities. o Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless implementation and operation of Medallia solutions. Analysis and Reporting: o Analyze customer feedback data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. o Develop custom reports and dashboards to support various business units. o Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive customer experience improvements. Continuous Improvement: o Stay updated on the latest Medallia features and industry best practices. o Propose and implement enhancements to optimize the use of Medallia. o Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Medallia platform. Qualifications: Education: o Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: o Proven experience as a Medallia Developer or similar role. o Strong understanding of customer experience management and feedback collection methodologies. o Experience with Medallia platform configuration, administration, and development. Skills: o Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies. o Knowledge of API integrations and data management. o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work. Certifications: o Medallia certification is a plus.
