Position: Process Validation Engineer Location: onsite Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area Duration: 6+months contract Visa: Only USC/GC/EAD Interview: Video/Skype Job Description: A large Medical Device company in Maple Grove, MN is in immediate need of a Process Validation Engineer to support their Process Development teams for 9 months. All work with be completed while working onsite in Maple Grove. This group is manufacturing a commercial device but they need extra support because of recent design changes for the product. The team needs an industry expert who has experience with injection molding processes. Primary Responsibilities: This Consultant will help the team execute a developed strategy by working on the validation of deliverables and all associated documentation. Write, review, and execute test method and process validation strategy and related deliverables to meet quality system requirements. (e.g., Experiment tech reports, GR&R, TMV, IQ, FMEAs, etc.) Support the implementation of process controls Review risk management documentation Technical Requirements: BS in Engineering 5+ years of medical device experience Strong expertise with IQ / OQ / PQ. Must be familiar with medical device test method and process validation execution & strategy Strong understanding of ISO 13485 and associated QMS experience Injection Molding experience Experience with Keyence systems Best Regards Md.
