An early response is really appreciated Job Title: QA Lead Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite) Job Summary: Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement. Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of QA projects. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA strategies and processes. Ensure that QA processes align with industry best practices and company standards. Continuously evaluate and enhance testing methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Testing and Validation: Oversee the design and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Ensure thorough testing of products/services, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing. Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with product management, development, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables. Facilitate effective communication between QA team members and other departments. Provide regular updates on QA activities, progress, and issues to senior management. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in QA. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes and practices. Promote a culture of quality and excellence within the team and the organization. Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
