The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. As the Lead Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they meet the desired outcomes and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Lead the execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path items. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and other technical staff. Foster a collaborative environment across cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, QA, and operations. Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop and implement risk management plans and contingency strategies. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters. Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and business requirements. Implement and enforce quality control processes and best practices. Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources effectively. Ensure team members have the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into project management practices. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and project management tools. Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or similar. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams. Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing SaaS projects.
