| Hi Folks, Hope you are doing well, Please share your interest on the below position. Position: SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant Location: Philadelphia, PA (hybrid) Job Description: Ability to design, build and configure SAP IBP. Design and configure SAP IBP solutions to integrate demand planning, supply planning, sales & operations planning (S&OP), and other relevant business processes. Develop and maintain data models and master data for accurate forecasting and planning within SAP IBP. Configure and manage workflows and alerts within SAP IBP to automate tasks and improve process efficiency. Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for SAP IBP users. Analyze IBP data and generate reports to support informed decision-making. Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP IBP functionalities and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Sales, Operations) to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for SAP IBP. Document SAP IBP configurations and processes for future reference. Participate in project planning, implementation, and go-live activities for SAP IBP initiatives. Identify and troubleshoot any issues with SAP IBP functionality to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree a plus). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP IBP configuration and implementation. Proven experience in designing and building integrated business planning processes. Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with data modeling and master data management. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred). Certified SAP IBP Consultant (CIBP) or equivalent certification (preferred).
