Title: Guidewire QA Manager/ Guidewire Test manager Location: Costa Mesa, CA (hybrid) and Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Mandate Skills : Property & Casualty Insurance Domain Knowledge. A deep understanding of Guidewire Systems (PC, BC & CC). This includes knowledge of configuration, customization, and integration aspects. Guidewire automation framework(is an added advantage only). Responsibilities : Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Guidewire Systems (PC, BC & CC). Coordinate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines. Lead a team of testers and provide guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure successful testing outcomes. Conduct test execution, including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing as needed. Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and accuracy. Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, including prioritization and escalation of critical issues. Collaborate with development teams to identify and address software quality issues early in the development lifecycle. Prepare test reports and metrics to track testing progress, identify risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders. Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to Guidewire testing. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
