| From: susmitha, yochana [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Azure Data Architect Location: Remote (Durham/Raleigh, NC) Note: Please don't send Data Engineer profiles for this role Job Description Over all experience must be 15 + Years More than 8+ years of relevant experience in data engineering tools like Azure Data pipelines , Azure Data factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Databricks, Delta Lake, Python, SQL Server, and experience with Azure Cloud Strong knowledge and experience designing and implementing solutions on Databases like Hadoop, SQLServer, Oracle, Azure Synapse Demonstrated experience in building, tuning data pipelines on Spark, Cloud native tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks and ETL tools Hands on Azure Data architecture experience Optimize Azure Synapse database Performance tuning of workload and recommend adjustment Understand the need for both batch and stream ingestion of the data from source databases like SQLServer, Oracle, MySQL and other RDBMS based databases. Experience demonstrating and ability to talk about wide variety of data engineering tools, architectures across cloud providers and open-source tools and packages. Experience working with business teams, dev teams and coming up with designs to deliver data solutions with best practices and standards. Notes: Azure Architect to look into the existing data pipelines/workloads and performance issues and optimize the azure synapse db settings and recommend adjustments.
