Role: ServiceNow Project Manager

Work Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid)

8+ years Experience Mandatory.

Duration: Long Term

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow implementations.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects and ServiceNow implementations.

Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its applications.

Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and ServiceNow development.

Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML) and database concepts.

Role: ServiceNow Tech Lead

Work Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid)

8+ years Experience Mandatory.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow development and implementation.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are required. Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS, CTA) are highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

Expertise in ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other modules.

Strong understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML) and database concepts.

Proven experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.).

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Role: ServiceNow BA

Work Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid)

8+ years Experience Mandatory.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks.

Proven experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency in creating process documentation and business analysis artifacts.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Technical Skills:

Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules.

Basic understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and database concepts is a plus.

Experience with ServiceNow reporting and analytics tools.
