Job Title Windchill development Lead Location Remote Type of Hire 6 Months Contract + extension possible Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Windchill Development Lead with a strong background in CAD Data Management and configuration of Windchill Global Manager (WGM) for CAD systems. The ideal candidate will possess: Extensive experience in Customization capabilities with a deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), User Interface (UI) development, and core libraries. Proficiency in implementing Windchill-related module enhancements and advanced configurations. Proven ability to analyze requirements and contribute to the design of successful implementations, including integration with ERP Systems such as Oracle and SAP. Ability to assess, suggest, and design solutions utilizing Windchill's built-in capabilities, prioritizing them over customizations whenever feasible. Experience in supporting DevOps frameworks, including the introduction of processes, tools, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) strategies, and Branching methodologies to optimize the software development life cycle. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate within cross-functional teams. Demonstrated leadership qualities and project management abilities.
