Job Description: In the role of Technical Test Lead, you will need to develop automation test scripts using Selenium(cucumber, testing) for testing Web/ UI application, API from RESTful Webservice testing using Postman. Oversee all types of required testing services ( Functional, Automation, and Performance) for the Real time Payments ( TCH, ISO20022 and Fednow) .Setup Automation Frameworks for RTP and conduct various aspects of automation. Coordinate and work with leadership, Product Owners, and other stakeholders on release plans and conflicts for program/system changes. Expertise in software testing methodologies including test strategy, test planning, test execution, gap analysis, requirements traceability, and defect management. Expert knowledge of the full development lifecycle - Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid Basic Experience on Commercial Banking , Realtime Payments ( TCH, FedNow, ISO20022) 4+ years of Automation and API experience(( Karate, Rest Assured) Played the role of Test lead. Preferred Financial - Payment industry experience in Commercial Banking Domain knowledge of Realtime/ Instant payments ( TCH, FedNow) Having strong understanding of ISO20022 payment message standards, schemas, and the usages. Familiar with using Data driven Automation approach across the Payment ecosystem. Familiarity with other Payments like ACH, Zelle, Wires, SWIFT will be added advantage. Experience in implementing Automation strategy.
