| From: KHUSHI, pinakastaffing [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Profile :- Senior Scrum Master Location :- Houston, TX Onsite Duration :- 12+ months Responsibilities: Utilize your extensive expertise in Scrum to guide and facilitate project teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a cohesive and productive working environment, promoting transparency and effective communication. Mentor and support other Scrum Masters, providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance their skills and performance. Oversee the flow of work across multiple teams, identifying and removing impediments to ensure continuous progress and timely delivery of projects. Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring each event is productive and focused. Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the backlog, aligning tasks with the overall project goals and stakeholder expectations. Analyse team performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity. Promote and nurture a culture of continuous learning and Agile maturity within the organization, advocating for the adoption of Agile practices and principles. Serve as a champion of Agile methodologies, staying current with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve processes and outcomes. Required Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong track record of successfully leading Agile teams and projects. Extensive knowledge of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and methodologies. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. Excellent collaboration and communication abilities, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and remove obstacles to team progress. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification is required. Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Prior experience with acting as a Scrum Coach or Leader is highly preferred. Ability to command a room for presentations and gaining user buy-in is preferred.
