Job Description: SAP S4/HANA Program Manager 

Role Overview:

Lead a comprehensive transformation program to transition to SAP S4/HANA on a global scale, consolidating multiple regional SAP environments into a single global system. Manage the project lifecycle from initiation to post-implementation and optimization, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and achieves the desired outcomes. Serve as the primary liaison, providing leadership to an international cross-functional team while ensuring the high performance of implementation partners and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead enterprise-wide change through strategic planning, engagement, and communication.
Oversee all aspects of the program, including changes to processes, people, technology, policies, organizational structures, and job descriptions, along with necessary change management activities.
Guide the adoption of SAP S4/HANA standard architecture, design, and processes.
Collaborate with the Communications and Change Management team to ensure effective communication and timely implementation of changes, especially related to processes and personnel.
Manage SAP transformation readiness activities, such as detailed blueprinting, data transformation preparation, and infrastructure setup.
Establish and manage a robust project governance structure, ensuring accountability for all project activities including planning, scheduling, execution, resourcing, risk management, cost/benefit analyses, quality assurance, communication, and deliverables.
Resolve complex issues during implementation and remove bottlenecks to ensure smooth progress.
Maintain momentum in decision-making across all work streams including Finance, Operations, Customer Delivery, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Warehousing/Materials Management.
Analyze and resolve project issues, balancing functionality, cost, risk, and quality, while managing and controlling the program budget and project change requests.
Prepare and update business case documents to support planning initiatives.
Create and present financial reports to stakeholders, including executive management.
Partner with business function heads and work stream leaders to ensure successful implementation of the transformation program.
Uphold core values and code of business ethics and conduct.

Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Significant experience in Program Leadership and Transformational roles.
Over 5 years of experience leading SAP S4/HANA implementations across multiple countries.
Proven track record in consolidating multiple SAP systems into one integrated system.
Extensive end-to-end system implementation and transformation experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and working with implementation partners.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams, make timely decisions, and deliver results.
Deep understanding of ERP business processes and SAP S4/HANA standard architecture and design.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including sales order management, pricing, billing, credit management, shipping, and logistics execution.
Strong analytical skills with strategic thinking and a passion for collaborative problem-solving.
Ability to identify potential problems and take proactive measures to mitigate or resolve them.
Proficiency in building effective cross-functional relationships and gaining alignment without direct authority.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences including C-suite executives.
Commitment to open, direct, honest, and inclusive communication, treating others with respect.
Ability to work collaboratively with a globally dispersed and diverse team.
Driven by results with a strong sense of urgency and bias for action.
Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
