Duration: Long Term Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow implementations. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable. Skills and Competencies: Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects and ServiceNow implementations. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its applications. Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and ServiceNow development. Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML) and database concepts. Role: ServiceNow Tech Lead Work Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid) 8+ years Experience Mandatory. Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow development and implementation. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are required. Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS, CTA) are highly desirable. Skills and Competencies: Expertise in ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other modules. Strong understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML) and database concepts. Proven experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.). Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools.
