Technical knowledge of the following: -Endpoint Configuration and deployment. -Network Printing Setup and Troubleshooting. -Proficient in Windows Server Administration (Windows Server 2012, 2016 etc.) and Active Directory. -Knowledge of networking fundamentals. Ability to travel locally and work off hours and weekends as needed. Ability to lift 30 lbs. minimum unassisted. Preferred Qualifications: Technical Certifications (A+, MCSE, Cisco, etc.). Proficient in Citrix/XenApp administration. Project Management experience. Knowledge and experience in healthcare IT setting. Attention to detail and ability to communicate to teams effectively. Job Overview: Primary support for providers and practice managers providing patient care in a clinical workspace with all things that pertains to IT. Manage day to day IT support operations at the clinics which includes traveling onsite for support, IT maintenance, testing and troubleshooting. Provide white gloves services for end-user experience. User onboarding. Installation of IT equipment (new or replacements). Desktops, phones, printers, scanners, credit card machine, check scanners, medical devices, etc. Providing support for technical questions or concerns. Endpoint user troubleshooting. Auditing of equipment (LAM, inventory management, procurement, device health, software updates and fixes, etc.). IT communications liaisons between clinical staff and ITS. EMR support from technical standpoint. Execute project work which includes but not limited to the following: Work on mergers and acquisitions to bring in new clinics into the Optum network. Hardware procurement and imaging and testing. Rip & replace of hardware. Security remediation. Go-live support. Optum network trusted cutover and post support. EAC enablement, device sponsorship, whitelisting MACs, etc. Assist the medical groups to integrate technological equipment (such as PACS, X-Ray, EKG, etc.). Discovery of technological piece as it pertains to Optum policy. Testing and validation of services. Long term support for Medical IT devices.
