Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL, including stored procedures and standalone scripts. Designing and implementing database SQL and stored procedures. Expert in Oracle SQL and SQL Developer Strong proactive ability to research, recommend, design, implement, code, and test spatial and tabular data. Understand data system rules and proactively validate and cleanse anomalies under user guidance. Database conversion and migration. Communication skills, verbal and written, are required for user and technical meetings and documentation. Nice to have skills: Strategic thinking and planning skills. Significant depth and breadth of database knowledge that will help with formal design of relational databases.
