; Lead exp; Relational database/Oracle/SQL; exp with Reemployment Assistance (RA) Claims & Benefits system (CONNECT), uFACTS, or similar Unemployment Compensation (UC) systems ; governmental exp, Microsoft Visual Studio, TFS, SQL (Oracle 12g, or SQL Server), Crystal Reports, Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) software, such as LLBLGen, SOAP, WCF, IBM FileNet.

Or

7+ y of exp with .NET, C#, 

ASP.NET
; 5+ y of exp with Visual Studio; Oracle and SQL Server in an n-tier architecture; object-oriented development (OOP)/TFS; expert/lead/supervisor/management exp; governmental exp, Azure DevOps, and DevOps, TFS.

Requirements:

Experience in various areas of IT (7+ years);

Relevant experience in architecture (2+ years);

Proven experience as a project lead for multiple IT projects;

Strong experience with C#, .Net, and ASP.Net;

Proficient in relational databases, Oracle, and SQL;

Experience with Reemployment Assistance (RA) Claims & Benefits system (CONNECT), uFACTS, or similar Unemployment Compensation (UC) system.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with N-Tier Architecture;

Proficiency in Crystal Reports;

Experience with Web Services Description Language (WSDL) or Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP);

Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).

.Net Developer Requirements:

Experience in .NET, C#, and 

ASP.NET
 (7+ years);

Experience with Oracle and SQL Server in an n-tier architecture;

Strong background in object-oriented development techniques (OOP);

Experience with development source control (TFS);

Proven experience as a lead/supervisor/manager on multiple IT projects.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS);

Proficiency in Azure DevOps;

Experience with DevOps practices.

Applications Architect Responsibilities:

 
Develop and Maintain Applications: Develop, maintain, and enhance various applications of the Reemployment Assistance (RA) Claims and Benefits system (CONNECT), including initial and continued claims, monetary issues, and the Unemployment Framework for Automated Claim & Tax Services (uFACTS) Framework;

Provide Design Recommendations: Offer design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy and develop enterprise-level application and custom integration solutions, including major enhancements and interfaces;

Integrate Applications: Provide expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business and utilize a variety of platforms to provide automated systems applications to customers;

Establish Development Standards: Develop programming and development standards and procedures, create programming architectures for code reuse, and consistently apply current application development methodologies.

.Net Developer Responsibilities
 include but are not limited to the following:

Provide IT Support and Integration: Provide IT support for the Reemployment Assurance systems, assist with batch activity, and offer services for the Multi-Language Translation (MLT) framework;

Develop Applications: Develop enterprise-level applications and custom integration solutions, including major enhancements and interfaces, functions, and features;

Technical Expertise and Support: Provide expertise regarding the integration of applications across Commerce, assist in resolving the most difficult support problems, and act as a technical expert and critical resource across multiple disciplines;

Maintain TFS and Participate in Change Control: Develop and maintain Team Foundation Service (TFS) capabilities, including build/release automation and branching merging strategies, and participate in the Technical Change Control Board activities such as code refactoring and design reviews.
