Hybrid (work remote Wednesday Friday) Candidates NEED to be LOCAL in Minnesota (preferably in/near Minneapolis) ; NOT relocate. No H1b ! Pay Rate: competitive at $50-60/hr. c2c Management wants someone with a good understanding of Agile on the SDLC side. This person will also be working on projects . 70% of the job is a hands on Scrum Master 30% is evangelizing the agile process and helping them to move more toward agile from where they are today. (Agile transformation process). They have a leader in this area, but this person will be an integral part of the process. If someone has student loan experience, that would be a plus, but not expected. Also, any Gov't experience especially Dept of Education would be a plus as well. In the past, people that they have interviewed were more of an Agile coach and less of a hands-on doer scrum master. They need both. Also, they would like someone who will (in the interview - when asked a specific question) give a very specific answer with details and examples. They don't want an answer that takes them on a circle and never gets to a specific answer. Also, they don't want someone citing back the Agile Manifesto. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in project management, business, computer-science, or related field; or an additional 2 years of experience in lieu of degree. 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with proven experience in a variety of agile software development environments Deep understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient knowledge of software development life cycle models and familiarity with traditional project management principles and practices. Preferred Qualifications: CSP (Certified Scrum Professional) AND/OR CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or similar Agile certification. Jira & Confluence experience and knowledge of agile practices.
