You will have the opportunity to learn and challenge yourself technically working in a complex technical environment. ITIL is required for this person. Must have run or have owned change management process at scale and driven transformational processes around it. Responsibilities: There are three main delivery periods and functions that make up the 6-month contract position: Perform Gap Analysisperform ITIL change management build a roadmap and then implement the roadmap (4 months) ---training people on the new process. For training there will be process changes and also tooling changes. May be direct training or video training or individual training. Job Description Using your deep expertise and experience in implementing and managing ITIL Change and Release management practices, you will undertake a gap analysis to identify where existing processes do not meet ITIL best practice. Gap analysis should also include KPIs and ROI that demonstrate the value associated with adoption. Build and agree with the business a road map that closes the identified gaps where those improvements are aligned with Client strategy and business culture. Road map should include process, tooling, training and adoption associated with revised ways of working. Implement the agreed roadmap within agreed timelines ensuring new ways of working are adopted seamlessly by the business Qualifications: Recognized qualifications in ITIL ITSM. Deep and demonstrable experience in building and driving industry leading Change and Release Management process within an applicable business. Experience with Jira or other Service management systems. Strong attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills. Decisiveness and ability to make sound judgments under pressure. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Demonstrable experience in driving tooling strategies to reduce overheads associated with process implementation.
