Design and implement data models and databases to support business needs. Provide guidance and support to developers throughout the development process. Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and consistency. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis, ETL, and business requirements writing. Requirement: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business requirements writing, specifically in data-related projects. Strong background in SQL and experience with ETL processes and tools. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business users and developers. Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications. Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
