Strong hands-on coding experience in one or more of programming languages such as Java etc. Good understanding of Observability (monitoring, logging, tracing, metrics), Chaos engineering concepts. Proficiency in using Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tool New Relic/Dynatrace for monitoring, logging, tracing and Splunk for Log monitoring. Expert level hands on knowledge in cloud platforms like PCF. should have implemented solutions around Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for services. Understanding of software delivery life cycles, particularly Agile/Lean & DevOps Proven experience in handling large scale and growing infrastructure across Data Centers and heterogeneous Cloud platforms Experience as a service owner in managing large geographically diverse stakeholders ================================================== Role: Capacity Manager Job Location: Dallas, TX(Hybrid) Proven experience in IT capacity management, particularly with critical applications and on-premises infrastructure. At least 5 years as capacity manager in medium to large enterprise Experience with Hypervisor, Kubernetes, Databases, BMC True Sight Capacity Optimization. Expertise in Resource Management; Technological, Organizational and/or Operational Change Management; Portfolio Management; Conflict Resolution; Negotiation; Budget/Financial Management, including Business Case Completion; Controls; and Partnership and Influence Good knowledge of infrastructure management Strategic planning (e.g., roadmap creation and execution) Manage the development and maintenance of capacity management reports and dashboards that provide insights into capacity utilization and performance. Strong experience of building capacity/forecasting models and plans and undertaking complex analysis to build information. Deep hands-on experience in Azure Databricks and all AZURE related technologies and functionalities such as Azure Synapse is a MUST. Experience in implementing Snowflake data warehousing solutions including the latest innovations such as Cortex, Data marketplace, Apps etc Experience in within a consulting firm or similar environment, with a focus on cloud data analytics in the MedTech industry. Proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies, such as Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Deep technical understanding of major cloud tools like Azure, GCP, AWS, data analytics technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
