Expert level hands on knowledge in cloud platforms like PCF. should have implemented solutions around Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for services. Understanding of software delivery life cycles, particularly Agile/Lean & DevOps ============================================================================= Role: Capacity Manager Job Location: Remote Proven experience in IT capacity management, particularly with critical applications and on-premises infrastructure. BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred Expertise in Resource Management; Technological, Organizational and/or Operational Change Management; Portfolio Management; Conflict Resolution; Negotiation; Budget/Financial Management, including Business Case Completion; Controls; and Partnership and Influence Good knowledge of infrastructure management Strategic planning (e.g., roadmap creation and execution) Capability to assess and mitigate capacity-relates risks with keen commercial and financial awareness, with a full comprehension of impact to business and internal stakeholders. Good grasp on compute, memory and storage concepts. Manage the development and maintenance of capacity management reports and dashboards that provide insights into capacity utilization and performance. Overall 15+ years in data analytics consulting and at least 10+ Senior Architect role within a consulting firm with a focus on data analytics, advanced analytics, Cloud and Artificial Intelligence. 5+ years in designing, solutioning the Databricks, Snowflake, PySpark and Big data tools including DataOps, Data engineering, Data Integration, Data Orchestration and Data Marketplace. Responsible for designing and implementing secure, scalable, and highly available cloud-based solutions and estimation on AWS and Azure Cloud. Ability to self-explore on market trends such as Microsoft Fabric and provide POV on how it will have an impact on existing landscapes and suggest recommendations. Deep hands-on experience in Azure Databricks and all AZURE related technologies and functionalities such as Azure Synapse is a MUST. Experience in implementing Snowflake data warehousing solutions including the latest innovations such as Cortex, Data marketplace, Apps etc Recommend, Design and Architect Data Fabric, Data Mesh and Data product scenarios as applicable within heterogenous and hybrid landscapes. Experience in within a consulting firm or similar environment, with a focus on cloud data analytics in the MedTech industry. Proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies, such as Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Deep technical understanding of major cloud tools like Azure, GCP, AWS, data analytics technologies, methodologies, and best practices. Strong technical experience in major BI reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot etc. Strong ERP knowledge (SAP) in manufacturing, business acumen and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
