Role: Pega Admin Location: Phoenix, AZ (Day 1 On-site All 5 days Work from Office) Type of Hire -Contract Rate (Max): $60/hr Duration: Long Term Contract Timeline for submission 1-2 Days Position requirements On-site (No Remote option) Job Description: Relevant Experience: 8+ Years Skill Set: Pega AES, PLA, SMA, Clipboard, Dynatrace, Splunk, Middleware, Smart Dispute Responsibilities & Required Skills: 8+ years experience with Pega SSA certification is mandatory. PEGA PRPC applications maintenance and enhancement experience in production support. Good experience on configuration and integration of various PRPC components. Responsible to maintain, install and upgrade business critical applications in Production, Test and Development environments. Infrastructure and middleware maintenance and support. Follow best practices in PEGA architecture, also responsible for building and installing PEGA applications. Configure PLA (Pega Log Analyzer), SMA (System Management Application), AES (Autonomic event services) Manage security authentication and authorization within PEGA. Build resiliency in critical applications by setting up appropriate Disaster Recovery environments. Analyze opportunities & propose ideas to fine tune the architecture in a geographically dispersed setup to reduce the downtime minimizing the Outage time to the Business in the event of a real disaster. Perform mock tests to simulate the situation to keep the process smooth & flawless.
