Cross-functional Configuration: Ensure Airship is properly configured across multiple teams and facilitate seamless integration via APIs and SFTP files. Technical Business Analysis: Act as the key contact for teams using Airship, providing insights on how updates will affect their workflows and creating requirements for necessary changes. Day-to-Day Activities: Monitor and Manage Airship Integration: Oversee the daily configuration and functionality of Airship, ensuring it meets the needs of various teams. Coordinate with Teams: Work with marketing campaign teams, audience management, data engineering, and data science teams to ensure Airship s configurations support their activities. Track Product Updates: Stay informed about upcoming changes in Airship and assess their impact on existing processes and integrations. Support Configuration Changes: Assist teams in updating their use of Airship based on new requirements and ensure smooth implementation. Example Projects: Manage updates and changes in Airship's SMS services and their integration with customer apps. Collaborate with various teams to adjust and optimize Airship configurations and integrations. Requirements: Experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the mar-tech MMS space. Experience configuring or implementing the Airship MMS platform across multiple teams. Knowledge of integrating Airship with enterprise Customer Data Platforms. Understanding of API and SFTP configurations within Airship. Basic SQL query experience. Preferred Skills: Basic understanding of JavaScript. Additional SQL experience for backend data configuration.
