KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Designed and oversaw the architecture of Salesforce instances (over 56 instances) and integration with other commercial platforms. Collaborate with other architects to drive platform architecture initiatives and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards. Lead the strategic incorporation of AI through Salesforce Einstein, contributing to the overarching AI roadmap. Engage with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs while aligning with technical standards and best practices. Develop and adapt strategies for data localization to meet regional regulatory requirements Act as a technical expert, providing guidance and leadership in commercial technology solutions beyond Salesforce. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and developments in commercial technology architecture. QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience as a Solution Architect in a large enterprise, with a strong focus on Salesforce and an aptitude to engage in other commercial technologies. Expertise in Salesforce Einstein and other AI platforms, with the ability to strategize and implement AI solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details into clear business concepts. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. DESIRED SKILLS Strategic thinking with a focus on delivering business value through technology. Experience in leading cross-regional projects and teams.
