Job Description Job Title: AI Architect / Data Scientist Location: Remote Duration: Long term contract Min Exp: 15+ Mandatory Exp: Artificial Intelligence / Data Scientist, Machine Learning, LLM, Generative AI, Any Cloud Responsibilities : Design, develop, and implement AI solutions that align with our business objectives (especially LLMs) Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI models and systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and priorities Evaluate and select AI technologies and frameworks Develop and maintain AI models and systems Deploy AI models and systems to production Monitor and maintain the performance of AI models and systems Stay up-to-date on the latest AI technologies and trends Lead data mining and collection procedures Conceive, plan and prioritize data projects Build analytic systems and predictive models Align data projects with organizational goal Understands business problems and designs end-to-end analytics use cases Develops complex models and algorithms that drive innovation throughout the organization. This may include improving on-time performance, network planning, etc., Provides thought leadership by researching best practices, conducting experiments, and collaborating with industry leaders Involve in pre-sales, planning, and practice development activities Qualification & Other Attributes: Overall 12+ yrs of experience with Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions. Should have experience in deploying Generative AI - LLM in production either on-prem or cloud. Experience with machine learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies. Experience with cloud-based AI platforms, such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services Strong experience and knowledge on Generative AI (LLM). Rich Experience in NLP techniques Experience in Deep Learning techniques like CNN, RNN, GAN, Markov etc Strong real-time experience with atleast one of the machine language softwares like R, Python, Matlab is mandatory. Experience in Version control systems (GitLab, Github, BitBucket etc). Good knowledge in Explainable AI Experience working with large data sets, simulation/ optimization and distributed computing tools (Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, etc.) Strong understanding of software development principles and practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills Attitude to thrive in a fun, fast-paced start-up like environment.
