Role: SAP PS Led Duration: 6+ Months Experience:12-15 Los Angeles, California- Remote (Some travel required; expenses covered by client) Primary Skills: SAP, Project system, Aerospace Industries, Defense Technology, RICEF Experience: Minimum of 5 years in SAP Consulting. Must have experience in Aerospace and defense. 2. Project Systems Module Expertise: Strong emphasis on Network, Parameter Effectivity, and Final Assembly/Assembly Processing. 3. Requirements Gathering: Ability to perform Work Stream requirement gathering with business process owners. Prefer experience with Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaires. 4. Integration Knowledge: Integration with Master Production Scheduling, PLM Data, MRP, Shop Floor Execution, and PMMO. 5. Technical Skills: Good knowledge of BoMs and Routings in an Aerospace and Defense environment. Proficient in WBS-based planning and use of Networks with MRP. 6. Documentation and Development: Experience in authoring functional specifications. End-to-end knowledge in RICEF development, including requirement gathering, FS preparation, testing, and business acceptance. 7. SAP and Manufacturing Expertise: Experience with Heavy Manufacturing & Logistics business processes in S/4HANA Manufacturing. Prior experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and SAP Complex Assembly Manufacturing Solutions. 8. Preferred Qualifications: Formal SAP certification. Process expert knowledge of BOMs, BOM versions, Recipe, Resources, process/production orders. Experience in solution design, configuration, integration, gap analysis, cutover, go-live, testing, and support. 9. Additional Skills: Experience working in a strict fit-to-standard/hybrid agile mode is an advantage. Good to have experience with GPD or PMMO. 10. Team Management: Ensure overall team deliverables adhere to quality standards and meet established timelines.
