The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Appian development and hold multiple Appian certifications. This role involves supporting multiple end-clients and contributing expertise to upcoming RFP responses. Key Responsibilities: Appian Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Appian-based applications. Develop and maintain complex workflows, integrations, and user interfaces using Appian. Ensure best practices in Appian application development and adherence to coding standards. Architectural Support: Provide architectural guidance and support to multiple end-clients as needed. Conduct architectural reviews and ensure alignment with client requirements and best practices. Collaborate with client teams to design and implement scalable and robust Appian solutions. RFP Contributions: Contribute to the preparation of proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Provide technical expertise and input on project scope, timelines, and resource requirements. Assist in creating compelling and accurate technical documentation for RFP responses. Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into effective Appian solutions. Lead client workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present solutions, and address concerns. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. Team Leadership and Mentoring: Mentor and guide junior developers and team members on Appian best practices and development techniques. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Appian features, certifications, and industry trends. Continuously evaluate and improve development processes and methodologies. Share knowledge and insights with the team to promote continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Appian development. Proven experience in designing and implementing Appian solutions at an architectural level. Experience supporting multiple clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Certifications: Must hold multiple Appian certifications, such as Appian Certified Associate Developer, Appian Certified Senior Developer, Appian Certified Lead Developer, or Appian Certified Architect. Skills: Strong proficiency in Appian application design and development. Excellent understanding of Appian architecture and best practices. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Appian development tools and environments. Knowledge of integration frameworks and methods, including web services, REST, and SOAP. Familiarity with databases, SQL, and data modeling. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a consulting environment. Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices. Proven track record of contributing to successful RFP responses.
