Facilitate team collaboration, communication, and cooperation within the Agile framework. Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop and implement QA strategies, methodologies, and best practices suitable for Agile development. Ensure that QA processes align with Agile principles and methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Testing Planning and Execution: Plan, prioritize, and execute testing activities across sprints or iterations. Collaborate with the development team to ensure adequate test coverage and timely bug detection and resolution. Design and implement automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
