Must Have Local DL Cincinnati OH Job Title : Senior SAP Consultant Visa: USC, GC only MOI: Skype Rate: $55/hr c2c Location: Cincinnati Metropolitan Area (Must be local with DL ) We are seeking a highly skilled Local Data Migration Coordinator to support the master data management for a clients SAP S/4HANA implementation project. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA master data management, including migration, setup of master data tables, and a strong understanding of ETL processes. Key Responsibilities: Master Data Management: Coordinate master data requirements across various functions and help business users understand new master data fields. Experience with Finance, Product, Customer, and Vendor Master Data conversions. Maintain cross-reference files and ensure data quality, profiling, cleansing, and harmonization. Data Migration and Validation: Analyze data migration requirements in collaboration with SAP functional consultants. Populate data load templates based on process design decisions. Conduct pre-load and post-load validation activities, including completion of data validation reports and determining data quality/accuracy percentages. Project Management: Drive the master data workstream, keeping business users on track with their deliverables. Assist with unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing. Coordinate with the cutover team according to the project plan. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business and IT to identify the business process impact of planned and unplanned downtime. Create downtime procedures and provide guidance on best practices. Report directly to the transformation leader, Paul Ford, and ensure alignment with the global Center of Excellence (COE) in Amsterdam. Policy and Procedure Development: Create and maintain policies and procedures promoting operational resiliency. Lead BC-DR (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery) resiliency testing, tabletop exercises, and continual improvement efforts. Provide enterprise reporting metrics to executive leadership and conduct BC-DR Gap Analysis. Required Skills and Experience: Technical Expertise: Familiarity with SAP functionality and implementation. Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Minimum of 2 full life cycle SAP implementations of data migration projects. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA master data management, including migration and setup of master data tables. Project Coordination: Strong project management skills to drive the master data workstream. Ability to work with Local Data Owners on data quality, profiling, and cleansing. Experience designing and creating business rules for data management. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
