Key Responsibilities: Cloud Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement cloud strategies aligned with business goals. Conduct cloud readiness assessments and recommend migration strategies. Create cloud adoption frameworks and roadmaps for the organization. Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud architectures. Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure blueprints and solution architectures. Ensure architectural solutions meet all security and compliance requirements. Implementation and Migration: Lead cloud migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance. Oversee the deployment and configuration of cloud services and resources. Implement best practices for cloud operations, automation, and orchestration. Security and Compliance: Ensure cloud solutions adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Implement robust security measures, including identity and access management, encryption, and monitoring. Conduct regular security assessments and audits of cloud environments. Performance and Optimization: Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and recommend optimization strategies. Implement cost-management practices to ensure efficient use of cloud resources. Continuously evaluate emerging cloud technologies and trends to enhance solutions. Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and business stakeholders. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud architecture and engineering. Proven experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience in designing and implementing complex cloud solutions. Certifications: Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect) are highly desirable. Skills: Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices. Proficiency in cloud automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
