Job Summary: The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for configuring, installing, coding, deploying, and migrating various applications and services, with a focus on Dynamics 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Office 365. This role requires a robust technical background, experience in security, user-level management, and governance, as well as the ability to handle complex file migrations. Key Responsibilities: Configure, install, code, deploy, and migrate Dynamics 365 applications and related services. Manage file migrations across various platforms, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption. Administer and configure Teams, SharePoint, and Office 365 environments. Oversee governance and security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with company policies. Provide support and administration for Exchange Online and Teams Admin. Work closely with users to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration settings, user guides, and standard operating procedures. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Office 365. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of services. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in configuring, installing, coding, deploying, and migrating Dynamics 365 applications. Strong background in Teams, SharePoint, and Office 365 administration. Experience with Exchange Admin and Teams Admin. Solid understanding of security principles and best practices. Proficiency in handling file migrations and ensuring data integrity. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365, Teams, or Office 365 certifications. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure services. Knowledge of additional content management systems and migration tools. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development environments.
