1.        Leads design and implementation to ensure all deliverables are on-time, within scope, and within budget using appropriate tools

2.        Ensures architectural solutions are accurately translated into implementation

3.        Ensures accuracy by making sure that execution conforms with requirements

4.        Closely monitor and report on project status along with Risks or Issues with mitigation plan.
