Using monitoring and performance tools to deliver detailed feedback to product owners and development teams. You will partner with Product Owners to define service level objectives and develop service level indicators. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, automate, and maintain scalable infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high availability, monitoring system performance, and aiding support staff with resolving incidents. This role requires a strong background in scripting, cloud platforms, and a passion for optimizing operational efficiency. You will use Site Reliability Engineering practices to deliver a seamless user experience. 3+ yrs of exp in SRE best practice (SRE SLO's, error budgets and designing & maintaining high reliable systems using automation and engineering principles like automating the infrastructure, process, including CI/CD pipeline integrations) Automation - programming skills in Python, Java, cloud exp incl writing Terraform codes Monitoring skillsets - Analyze the data and see how reliable the system is by taking the prod data and analyzing the resources Analyze and resolve complex system failures - Knowledge on performance engineering is more important.
