The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and verifying complex digital circuits and systems using RTL methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop high-performance RTL code for PCI Express controllers and interfaces. Collaborate with system architects and other engineering teams to define specifications and requirements for PCIe implementations. Perform synthesis, timing analysis, and optimization of digital circuits. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for verification of RTL designs. Debug and resolve issues at both the RTL and gate levels. Optimize designs for performance, power, and area. Support hardware validation and bring-up activities. Contribute to the continuous improvement of design methodologies and workflows. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in RTL design and verification. Strong proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog and VHDL. In-depth knowledge of PCI Express protocol (PCIe 3.0/4.0/5.0) and its implementation. Experience with FPGA and ASIC design flows, including synthesis, place and route, and timing closure. Familiarity with verification methodologies such as UVM. Proficiency with simulation tools (e.g., ModelSim, VCS) and EDA tools (e.g., Synopsys, Cadence). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
