Duration: 6+ Month contract to hire perm Must be good with excel Strong analytical skills looking at data and interpreting information from it Able to elicit where data is coming from and where its going and communicate that into documentation. Scrum/ agile experience is required Must have excellent comm skills There are 2 separate projects taking place: 1 they are looking to build out infrastructure in the cloud for a tax process- making documents accessible in the cloud. For this he will need 2 BAs on site to come in and document requirements from inception and through the entire lifecycle of moving this process to the cloud. Additionally, there is another team he is looking to build out in support of their Imali platform Building how they access tax info. Complex calculations and market calculations are involved Just need a strong BA with good communication to work through the documentation and process documentation on this platform build out. Job Description: Elicits Gathers detailed business requirements leveraging standard templates and processes. Drives and challenges business units on their assumptions. Documents and evaluates required data and information. Support the creation of the detailed implementation plan. Validates that solution design fulfills business requirements. Identifies opportunities for improvements that can be accomplished through existing and/or new technologies. Assists key users in defining the UAT scenarios and testing. Analyzes and improves systematic processes to increase efficiency and productivity. Identifies, analyzes, and troubleshoots the root cause of issues. Develops and delivers key user training. Supports users during project and enhancement stabilization.
