https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1476942&uid= From: Ryan, nitya software ryan@nityainc.com Reply to: ryan@nityainc.com Position Title Continuous Improvement Analyst (Six Sigma) Domain Healthcare Domain Duration 6 Months contract with possibility of extension Job Description Collaborate with team members, leadership, and organizational stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement in areas like quality, efficiency, cost, and customer satisfaction. Utilize continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen, to develop and implement process improvement initiatives. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify root causes of problems and track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, control plans, and standard operating procedures. Develop, refine, and implement project plans for continuous improvement initiatives, including milestones, dependencies, owners, and deadlines. Identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of continuous improvement initiatives. Engage in ongoing communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to closely align projects with overarching business objectives. Document and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), presentation materials, and other technical documents as required. Contribute to the development of training programs to enhance organizational capabilities in continuous improvement. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a knowledge repository for continuous improvement tools, methodologies, and successes. Act as a champion for change management, influencing and inspiring teams to embrace and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in process improvement or a related field. Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study, and interpret complex data Ability to manage and perform multiple complex tasks as part of the daily work assignment Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate process changes and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels Preferred Qualifications: LEAN/Six Sigma certification (green belt or above) a plus Keywords: Continuous Improvement Analyst (Six Sigma) ryan@nityainc.com https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1476942&uid= |
