Role: Technical Ops Support Specialist (Kubernetes) Location: Austin, TX (Onsite) Type : Contract Role Description: Support Executive Technical Ops Support Specialist- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively. Excellent troubleshooting skills and familiarity with a variety of systems, ideally both hardware and software. Proven ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Advanced knowledge of macOS and iOS troubleshooting. Including hardware/software isolation theory. Network configuration and troubleshooting, including VPN. Comfortable with CLi a plus. Experience running diagnostics, firmware updates, to resolve hardware/software issues. Comfortable with services, protocols, and concepts such as ssh, smb, vnc. Experience operating Windows and Linux a plus. - Basic knowledge of AppleScript, Automator, and Python a plus. Description: The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive team player capable of wearing many hats, from handling high-priority projects to managing routine administrative tasks. The candidate should be self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of independently driving investigations and projects forward while maintaining operational excellence. Responsibilities: Drive and organize investigations, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational objectives. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to manage testing activities effectively. Provide second-level support for escalated technical issues, resolving them promptly to minimize operational disruptions. Triage arising issues in the field, prioritizing them based on urgency and impact on operations. Gather and analyze metrics to identify opportunities for improving resource allocation and operational efficiency. Utilize hands-on experience to troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth functionality across all operational systems.
